Belore starting, rub your hands together vigorously to warm them up and place them on your face. Allow the warmth to radiate through for a few seconds.
To respect your skin, the following movements should be firm and gentle
Think about vour breathing and relax as much as possible to stop your face tensing up.
Each movement should be repeated at least 10 times.
1 – Smooth your face thoroughly with both hands, starting from the centre and moving outwards : start from vour chin. work upwards the length of the nasolabial lines to your forehead and then down the sides in front of the ears back to vour chin.
2- Make firm, pinching movements with the thumb and forefinger over the whole face.
3- Use the tip of your forefingers to draw three small circles simultaneously under your eyes from the middle of your cheekbones towards the outside. Continue by pressing on these points for a few seconds.
4- Press down on the start of your evebrow with your thumbs. Keep the pressure on for a few seconds and then relax. Repeat this movement in the middle of the eyebrow and at the tip.
