Belore starting, rub your hands together vigorously to warm them up and place them on your face. Allow the warmth to radiate through for a few seconds.
To respect your skin, the following movements should be firm and gentle
Think about vour breathing and relax as much as possible to stop your face tensing up.
Each movement should be repeated at least 10 times.
1 – Make large, upward, pinching movements from the bottom of your face with your thumbs and forefingers. Work back and forth from the chin to the ears.
2- Pull the skin on your face towards the outside with the flat of your hands to create a resistance. Then try to kiss whilst keeping the skin drawn.
3- Place your closed fists under your chin and then press them against it. Keep the pressure on for a few seconds and then relax. Breathe in deeply and press when you exhale.
4- Use your thumb and forefinger to make twisting movements to the lion’s wrinkle and your forehead. You can work with one hand and the other.
