Belore starting, rub your hands together vigorously to warm them up and place them on your face. Allow the warmth to radiate through for a few seconds.
To respect your skin, the following movements should be firm and gentle
Think about vour breathing and relax as much as possible to stop your face tensing up.
Each movement should be repeated at least 10 times.
1 – Use both hands to make alternating, upward, circular movements on a cheek with the pulp of your fingers, starting from vour chin and working up to your ear. Massage the whole of your cheek so vou lift the skin. Repeat this movement on your other cheek.
2- Use your hands to make large, alternating smoothing movements on vour cheek. from your nasolabial line to your ear. Repeat this movement on vour other cheek.
3- Place your fingers opposite each other in the middle of your forehead and then make a light, gently pressured, slow, smoothing movement with the pulp of your fingers towards your temples.
4- Bend your head slightly backwards and then move the phalanges of the fingers of both your hands in a downward, smoothing action from your forehead down the sides of your face to your neck, ending at the clavicles.
